Head of Civil Engineering Department at the University College of Applied Sciences (UCAS)

I am specialist in entrepreneurship and projects management field and have good experience in business, development and community projects planning, management, monitoring and evaluation. In addition, proposal writing and fundraising is one of most professional tasks and skills that I work and interest.

I had Master Degree in Projects Management field from the Islamic University of Gaza (IUG). Currently, I work as head of civil engineering department at the University College of Applied Sciences (UCAS). In addition, I worked for about 14 years in the community service and continuing education center at UCAS as head of the center, consultant, evaluator for capacity building and community development programs.

In training and consultation field, I have worked as trainer and mentor for more than 700 hours; and I have many skills related to professional training such as Business Plan, feasibility study, small projects management, entrepreneurship, proposal writing, , development, monitoring, evaluation, communication, innovation, English language, information technology and soft skills.

In academic field, I work as lecturer in Deanship of Engineering and Intelligent Systems at UCAS and I have experience in academic and research field with regard to construction engineering and projects management. I published more than ten papers in international journals and conferences in construction management fields and I published one book in the same field.
