AMAKEN (أماكن) Placemaking

Mai Wahba Madkour is an Associate Professor of Architecture and Urban Design and Former Head of Environmental Architectural Engineering at Tanta University, Egypt. She is loaned now as an Associate Professor of Architecture and Urban Design to Misr Higher Institute for Engineering and Technology at Al-Mansoura, Egypt.

She had taught in so many different educational institutions. She had her Ph.D in 2012 it was about Innovation in Architectural Education from Mansoura University, Egypt, she had her master degree in 2007 from Mansoura University it was about The Transformation in Architecture and Urban Design for Alexandria & she was graduated in 1999 from Mansoura University. She shared in organizing and attending many national and international conference and workshops and made many researches related to developing architectural education, environmental and sustainable design, heritage conservation, renewing heritage buildings, and building economics.
